Who We Are

Humans Driving Change is where you learn to lead.

How you want to live your life, run an organization, or care for your family starts with you. HDC programs help you tap your self-efficacy-your belief in your ability to create change-and then develop it to lead in your life.

We at HDC know that strong communities start with people who believe they can make a difference. We are performance psychologists, organizational leaders, researchers, and family members. We come with tools that identify and leverage your strengths, including GALLUP StrengthsFinder and NeuroLeadership Institute coaching.

We have lived this truth: When you strengthen your voice, you become a force to drive change. It starts with you.

Our Leadership Team

JANAE MOSS

CO-FOUNDER

Janae Moss is a mother of seven, grandmother of four, co-owner of multiple businesses, family advocate, and community organizer.

She and Barbara founded HDC when they saw a pressing need for parents and community organizations to work more closely together. They started pulling groups of parents together around specific topics and invited community leaders to sit with them and collaborate on change. This Humans Driving Change model spread across Utah as parents and organizations began to see the powerful outcomes of the round table discussions.

As a performance coach, Janae inspires everyday leaders to think outside their job descriptions, to leverage individual strengths, and become actively engaged in their lives. Along with her nearly-completed Master's degree in Performance Psychology, Janae is a GALLUP® Accelerated Strengths Coach and a certified NeuroLeadership Institute coach. With these validated and science-backed tools, Janae grips the attention of her audience by focusing on what THEY do best!
